Shipping policy

  • Orders take 1-2 days to process and 3-10 days to arrive after being shipped 
  • we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We can only replace your package if you purchased Route Protection plan! 
  • Please give us 48 hours to respond to your email or text. 
  • Customer service hours are Tuesday-Friday 9-4pm.
  • Please make sure all your personal information is correct before checking out! If your package says "returned to sender" be prepared to pay for additional shipping costs.
  • Any Cancellations please notify us within 24 hours, after that we can NOT cancel your order.
  • No refunds but we do offer store credit

Refund policy

At Galore Beauty, we are committed to your satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

- We only accept returns for damaged items. (Store credit)

-SOME items only come in dust bags, for that we do not offer refund.
- To be eligible for store credit. you must notify us of the damage within 2 days of receiving the item.

How to Request a Refund:

2. Provide proof of the damaged item (e.g., clear photos).
3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refund Process:

- Once your store credit request is approved, we will initiate the return process.

- Cancellation may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items:

- We do not accept returns for items that are not damaged.
